Degree Programs

Abundant Living Bible College exists to equip men and women to live victoriously in every area of life through a strong foundation in the Word of God.

​

Our programs are designed to develop believers who are grounded in Scripture, strong in faith, passionate about serving others, and prepared to walk boldly in their God-given calling. Abundant Living Bible College offers several distinct program pathways, including Pastoral, Evangelistic, Teaching, and Missionary training.

YEAR ONE

Year One focuses on building a strong biblical foundation through in-depth study of the Word of God and practical application for daily living. This year is designed for new believers as well as those seeking to grow deeper in their faith.

Students who successfully complete Year One will earn a One-Year Certificate of Completion and may participate in the annual graduation commencement.

YEAR TWO

Year Two emphasizes advanced biblical study and ministry preparation. Students deepen their understanding of the Word of God, faith principles, the Holy Spirit, Bible prophecy, and key theological subjects, while also learning how to relate effectively to people.

Students who successfully complete all requirements will receive an Associate Degree and may participate in the annual graduation commencement. Academic credit hours are measured and may be transferable, subject to the policies of the receiving institution.

YEAR THREE

Year Three is a hands-on ministry year where students gain practical experience in Pastoral, Evangelistic, or Missionary roles. Students are placed under the guidance of the pastoral leadership at Abundant Life Church to gain real-world ministry experience.

Students who complete all requirements will receive a Certificate of Specialized Training and may participate in the annual graduation commencement.

Programs of Study

YEAR ONE

The Anointing - This course explores key biblical truths about the anointing as learned through decades of ministry experience. Students will study the purpose of the anointing to heal, deliver, set free, and empower believers for service. Emphasis is placed on developing a hunger for God and sensitivity to His power at work in daily life and ministry.


Authority of the Believer – This course examines the biblical authority given to every believer through Christ. Students will learn how to recognize, understand, and exercise their God-given authority as revealed in Scripture. Practical application will help students live confidently in God’s will and purpose.
 
Bible Doctrines – This course provides a systematic study of foundational Christian doctrines. Students will explore what the Bible teaches, why these beliefs matter, and how sound doctrine forms a stable spiritual foundation. Attention is also given to identifying and addressing false doctrines.

Bible Geography and Culture - This course is designed to show how the land of both the Old and New Testament Bible, climate, seasons, and other components of the geography, including the people and their culture are reflected, or mirrored in the Bible and so help in the better understanding of both the Bible and geography.  Relevant archaeological, historical, and biblical material is integrated into the lectures.

 

The Blessing - This course studies the geographical, historical, and cultural settings of the Bible. Students will gain insight into how the land, people, climate, and customs of biblical times enhance understanding of Scripture. Archaeological and historical resources are integrated to support biblical interpretation.


Christ the Healer – This course establishes, through Scripture, God’s will to heal today. Students will examine biblical evidence for divine healing and address commonly misunderstood passages. The course builds faith in God’s healing power and compassion.

Christian Lifestyle - This course focuses on developing a Christ-centered lifestyle marked by holiness, purity, and spiritual maturity. Students will study the fruit of the Spirit, the gifts of the Spirit, and their role in overcoming the works of the flesh. Emphasis is placed on godly conduct in life and ministry.
 
Faith – This course teaches the different types of faith revealed in Scripture and how faith operates in the life of the believer. Students will learn how to apply faith effectively in personal life and ministry. Practical instruction equips students to impact others through faith.

 

Gifts of the Spirit – This course is a biblical study of the gifts of the Spirit as outlined in 1 Corinthians 12. Students will learn the source, purpose, and operation of each gift. Emphasis is placed on proper understanding and biblical use of spiritual gifts.

Helps & The Local Church – This course examines the biblical role of helps ministry within the local church. Students will gain an understanding of how service and support ministries function in cooperation with church leadership and global ministry efforts.

 

Hermeneutics- This course introduces principles of biblical interpretation. Students will learn how to study Scripture effectively using literal, moral, and allegorical methods of interpretation. Emphasis is placed on rightly dividing the Word of God.


The Holy Spirit – This course studies the person and work of the Holy Spirit. Students will explore foundational truths that deepen their relationship with the Holy Spirit and transform their thinking. Emphasis is placed on knowing the Holy Spirit personally and experientially.

Kingdom Identity - This course provides a biblical understanding of the believer’s identity in Christ. Students will study who they are through salvation and how this identity empowers victorious living. Emphasis is placed on renewing the mind and walking in kingdom authority.

 

Missions I – This course introduces the biblical foundation and global purpose of missions. Students will explore historical, cultural, and strategic aspects of world evangelism. The course equips students for missionary training or leadership in local church missions efforts.
 
New Creation Realities – This course examines the believer’s identity through the new birth. Students will study the spirit man and the redemptive work of Christ. Emphasis is placed on understanding who believers are in Christ according to Scripture.

 

New Testament Survey – This course provides an overview of each book of the New Testament. Students will study major themes, historical background, and key messages. Emphasis is placed on understanding the purpose and significance of New Testament events.
 
Old Testament Survey – This course provides an overview of each book of the Old Testament. Students will study themes, historical events, and foundational truths. Emphasis is placed on understanding God’s covenantal work throughout history.

The Love Walk – This course encourages students to grow in their relationship with God through walking in love. Students will learn how living in God’s love produces victory in every area of life. Emphasis is placed on developing a deeper relationship with the Father.


Prayer  – This course explores the purpose, power, and practice of prayer. Students will study biblical principles of prayer and how to apply them effectively. Emphasis is placed on developing a strong and consistent prayer life.​

Righteousness vs Sin Consciousness - This course examines the biblical truth of righteousness through Christ. Students will learn the difference between righteousness consciousness and sin consciousness. Emphasis is placed on understanding righteousness as a gift received through salvation.

​

Seeing Jesus as He Really Is - This course offers an in-depth study of the life of Jesus through the Gospels. Using Seeing Jesus As He Really Is, students will explore the character, ministry, and message of Christ. Emphasis is placed on developing a deeper understanding of who Jesus is.

 

Soul Winning – This course equips students to share Christ effectively with others. Students will learn practical methods for evangelism in the workplace, local community, and mission fields. Emphasis is placed on discipleship and follow-up.


Submission & Authority – This course teaches the biblical principles of submission and authority. Students will learn how to properly submit to authority and how to walk in God-given authority. Emphasis is placed on practical application in daily life.
 
This Present Glory - This course addresses biblical perspectives on spiritual warfare with a focus on the light of Christ rather than darkness. Students will study spiritual weapons and evaluate common beliefs about spiritual warfare through Scripture. Emphasis is placed on truth, victory, and biblical balance.

YEAR TWO

Apologetics - This course equips students to defend the Christian faith using biblical truth and sound reasoning. Students will examine key challenges to Christianity and learn how to respond with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

Angels and Demons - This course provides a biblical study of angels and demons and their roles according to Scripture. Students will examine spiritual beings from a balanced, scriptural perspective while avoiding speculation and unsound doctrine.

Church History – This course surveys major movements, leaders, and events in Church history. Students will gain an understanding of how Christianity developed through the centuries and how historical events have shaped the modern Church.


Eschatology – This course examines biblical teachings concerning end-time events. Students will study prophetic Scriptures related to the return of Christ, future judgment, and God’s eternal plan, with emphasis on sound biblical interpretation.

 

Ethics: Honor, Integrity, and Excellence This course focuses on biblical ethics as they relate to personal conduct and ministry leadership. Students will study principles of honor, integrity, and excellence and apply them to everyday life and ministry settings.
 
Great Awakenings – This course examines major revival movements throughout history. Students will study the causes, characteristics, and lasting impact of spiritual awakenings and how revival has shaped nations and the Church.

 

Healing and Miracle Ministry of Jesus –  This course examines the healing and miracle ministry of Jesus as recorded in the Gospels. Students will study how Jesus ministered healing, demonstrated compassion, and revealed the will of God through miracles. Emphasis is placed on understanding healing as part of Christ’s redemptive work and applying biblical principles to ministry today.

Homiletics I and II – This course trains students in biblical preaching and teaching. Students will learn sermon preparation, delivery, and communication skills grounded in Scripture and led by the Holy Spirit.

​

Intercessory Prayer and Spiritual Warfare - This course focuses on biblical intercession and prayer as spiritual ministry. Students will study scriptural principles of prayer and gain understanding of spiritual warfare from a Christ-centered perspective.

 

Israel: a Virtual Tour - This course explores the land of Israel through biblical geography, history, and culture. Students will gain a deeper understanding of Scripture by examining the physical locations where biblical events occurred.

 

Leadership – This course examines biblical leadership principles for ministry and life. Students will study leadership models found in Scripture and develop practical skills for effective and godly leadership.

Mastering the Mind: Living From the Spirit – This course focuses on renewing the mind according to biblical truth. Students will learn how to live led by the Spirit rather than by emotions or circumstances, applying Scripture to daily life.
​
Ministry Gifts - This course examines ministry gifts as outlined in Scripture. Students will study the purpose, function, and operation of ministry gifts within the Body of Christ.


Missions II – This course builds upon Missions I by expanding understanding of global evangelism. Students will explore strategies, cultural awareness, and practical applications for effective missionary work.
 
Old Testament Men of Faith – Students will study key figures of faith found in the Old Testament. This course highlights their obedience, challenges, and lessons applicable to faith and leadership today.
 
Preparation for Ministry/The Minister's Family – This course prepares students for the practical realities of ministry life. Emphasis is placed on personal character, family balance, and sustaining a healthy ministry environment.
​
Prison Epistles – This course studies the New Testament letters written during Paul’s imprisonment. Students will examine themes of faith, perseverance, and spiritual maturity found within these epistles.

​

Revival: Nothing More, Nothing Less, Nothing Else – This course examines biblical revival and spiritual renewal. Students will study revival from a scriptural and historical perspective, focusing on God’s work rather than human effort.

​

Signs & Wonders: The Book of Acts Students will study the Book of Acts with an emphasis on the early Church, the work of the Holy Spirit, and the spread of the Gospel. This course highlights biblical patterns for church growth, leadership, and ministry today.

 

Stewardship – This course teaches biblical principles of stewardship. Students will study faithful management of time, finances, resources, and spiritual responsibilities according to Scripture.


The Tabernacle of Moses – This course explores the structure and symbolism of the Tabernacle of Moses. Students will study its biblical significance and how it points to Christ and God’s redemptive plan.
 
Vision –This course focuses on biblical vision and purpose. Students will learn how God-given vision provides direction for life and ministry and how to walk faithfully in that vision.
​
Worship as a Lifestyle - This course examines worship beyond music and services. Students will learn how worship becomes a daily lifestyle expressed through obedience, devotion, and service to God.
